How It Works
Can I buy equipment on its own, or only as part of a full system?
Both. You can purchase WRS pumps, Jensprima instruments or Trojan-Aquafine UV as standalone equipment, or have them integrated into a complete water-treatment system we design and build for you.
Can you help me select and size the right equipment?
Yes — that’s the point of buying through Enaqua. Our engineers help you specify the correct pump, sensor or UV unit for your water, flow rate and application, so you’re not over- or under-spec’d. Tell us about your process and we’ll recommend the right fit.
Do you hold local stock, or is everything imported to order?
We carry local stock of key equipment and consumables to keep lead times short, so you’re not waiting on overseas supply chains.
Which regions do you supply?
Distribution territory varies by brand: WRS Dosing and Jensprima across Southern Africa, and Trojan-Aquafine UV across Sub-Saharan Africa. Get in touch and we’ll confirm coverage for your location.
Do you supply spares and consumables?
Yes. We support the equipment we sell with spares, replacement parts and consumables, so your systems stay running long after installation.
Do you offer calibration and servicing for instruments?
Yes. We provide calibration, servicing and after-sales support for Jensprima instrumentation and the other equipment we distribute, locally backed rather than routed offshore.
Will Jensprima instruments work with my existing system or other brands?
Generally, yes. The Jensprima range uses standard outputs (such as 4–20 mA and RS485 Modbus) and a wide selection of probes, making it suitable for integration into existing plants and third-party control systems. Share your setup and we’ll confirm compatibility.
